At this virtual, 60-minute Coaching Lab you’ll have a chance to explore:

  • Why it’s so hard to be honest & the costs of saying “yes” when you really mean “No”
  • How your nervous system is impacted when you’re stressed and how that stress impacts your physical health, mental well-being & relationships with yourself and others
