This retreat is an opportunity to connect with your Nonviolent Communication community, learn new skills, give and receive empathy, relax and restore your body, and enjoy a cozy winter weekend in beautiful Mendocino, CA.
Your facilitator, Terri Moon, MS, Nonviolent Communication (NVC) Trainer and graduate of the 2005 Bay Area NVC Leadership Program and holistic healer since 1987, takes you on an adventure of the heart, in community, and in communion with nature and your Self. Retreat will be held at Shambala Ranch in Mendocino, CA. Accommodations for Saturday night are included in your registration.
Catered, local organic vegetarian meals are included in your registration. Enjoy lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast and lunch on Sunday. Meals will be gluten-free and dairy free to accommodate special dietary restrictions.
Arrive between 9:00 and 9:30 to check in and settle in.
Session 1 – 10:00 – 12:30 pm
Lunch – 12:30 – 2:00 pm
Free time* – 2:00 – 3:30 pm
Session 2 – 3:30 – 5:00 pm
Dinner – 5:00 – 6:30 pm
Free time* – 6:30 till bedtime
Breakfast – 8:30 – 10:00
Session 3 – 10:00 – 11:30 pm
Lunch – 11:30 -1:00 pm
Free time* – 1:00-2:30 pm
Session 4 – 2:30-4:00 pm
*Options for free time include yoga classes, empathy practice, fireside visiting, walks on the grounds or the beach, and soaking in the hot tub. Orr Hot Springs is a few miles up the road so that’s another option but reservations will need to be made with Orr directly.
Investment: $297/person or $544/couple includes training, lodging, four meals plus snacks and non-alcoholic beverages for the weekend.
